Z-Ops: Deadzone is a hardcore tactical extraction FPS set in 2031. You are a Z Ops Special Forces operative, infiltrate contaminated zones, complete your objectives, and extract alive. The Bane-Z are not your only threat: Blackfang mercenaries shoot on sight. Die before extraction and you lose everything.

Your base will become a living ecosystem. Residents work, heal, build and patrol. What you bring back from raids directly shapes their daily lives.
Slow, numerous, and deceptively dangerous. Acts in packs following sound and chemical signals. Can carry up to 4 dormant Bane-Z parasites ready to infect new hosts on contact.
Massive host (~90kg), grey skin, structurally enhanced by the parasite. Superhuman strength and agility. The Bane-Z has fully optimized the muscular structure for combat and hunting. Frontal assault is suicide.
Extremely rare, 1 in 10,000 hosts. Strategic entity capable of laying eggs in secure zones. Each capsule releases dormant Bane-Z ready to infect. Eliminating a Queen disrupts the local infestation entirely.
